The Raw Materials

Two lovely swordfish steaks for about a fiver; what a bargain!  (This is a budget-gourmet we're doing).

am loving this sonia and will definitely try it! we gathered lots of samphire (salicornes) from the bay just before we came to france and pickled them and took them to seb's. have never tried fesh though.
